How do I Place an Order?

Ordering from Libby Pool is easy! Once you find an item from the ‘Shop’ page you wish to purchase, simply click the “Add to Cart” button and the item will be added to your cart. The ‘Cart’ icon is located on the right of our websites navigation bar. Just hover over or / click on the ‘Cart’ to ‘View Your Order’ and it will list the amount, how many items, postage, and any other details you have selected for the design of our bespoke product(s).  All items added to the ‘Cart’ will be itemised and listed separately.

To adjust the quantity, simply update the items and it will adjust with the new sub-total. If you decide to remove the item from the ‘Cart’, simply click the ‘Remove’ button.

Where is My Order?

Postage and shipping is calculated for you upon checkout. You will receive an email with tracking / reference details once your order is confirmed. The tracking / reference, with your name, order number and email address is required should you wish to make contact in relation to tracking of your item.

What are the Payment Methods I Can Use?

• PayPal
• Afterpay (requires an Afterpay Account)

Returns & Refunds?

Libby Pool believes deeply in the quality and craftsmanship of each handcrafted piece in the collection and all attempts are made to ensure that products are shipped in good condition. That said, Libby Pool offers a fourteen (14) day return policy only if an item is faulty as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within fourteen (14) days of receiving items for an exchange to: libby@libbypool.com.

Please include:

• your Order Reference number details, and
• a picture of the issue.

In all cases, returned items sent back for exchange must be unworn and in their original packaging. Libby Pool reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Libby Pool believes deeply in the quality of all her bespoke and individually made  products and know that her products are better in real life than they appear online! So if you’re reluctant to purchase something that you have yet to see in person, we think it’s safe to say that if you’re drawn to it online then you will not be disappointed when you receive the product in the mail.
